An exhilarating atmosphere enveloped Expo City Dubai today as participants made their way to the START gate of The Expo City Dubai Half Marathon. Energy was palpable as runners stretched and warmed up awaiting the kickstart of the second edition of this event which has already become a standout in Dubai’s sporting calendar. Friends and families joined in the excitement, cheering on participants against the stunning backdrop of Expo City’s iconic architecture and landmarks.
At 7:00 am the 21km runners got off their marks, followed by the 10km and 5km participants. The Finish was as thrilling as the Start, witnessing a host of professional triumphs, personal achievements and the sheer joy of the finishers.
